Engr. Antonio E. Jimeno, Jr., ECE started his anti-cybercrime advocacy in 2005 long before the passage of the Cybercrime Prevention Act in 2012. He founded the Cybercrime Complaint Center and launched its site on August 14, 2008 catering to cybercrime victims in and outside the Philippines, particularly in India.
